We reserve the right to change product prices, bundles, discounts and promotional offers from time to time without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to correction of genuine errors.

Available payment methods may include payment options offered directly by us or by third-party payment service providers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We do not directly store complete payment card information where payment processing is handled by an authorised third-party payment provider.

8. CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

Where Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is available, customers agree to prepare the full amount payable when receiving the parcel.

Availability of COD may depend on delivery location, courier service and other operational requirements.

We reserve the right to limit COD availability where there is a history of repeated refused, cancelled or unsuccessful COD deliveries, subject to applicable law.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Malaysian consumer laws.

Customers should inspect their parcel upon receipt.

If you receive an incorrect product, damaged product, defective product or experience another qualifying issue, please contact us within the period stated in our Return & Refund Policy and provide relevant supporting information such as your order number, photographs or video where reasonably required.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened, used or unsealed consumable products may not be eligible for return due solely to a change of mind, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, incorrect or otherwise qualifies for a remedy.
